Trade Terms & Conditions

Minimum Order

Our minimum trade order value is £300.

UK Delivery

UK orders are charged a £15 carriage fee.

Free carriage applies to orders over £1,200.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce, depending on the order and delivery requirements.

Dispatch & Delivery

Our standard UK collection day is Tuesday.

To be included in the Tuesday collection, orders must be placed by 12pm on Monday.

We always aim to fulfil orders as quickly as possible and, where possible, may dispatch orders sooner than the standard Tuesday collection.

For items on back order, please refer to the product description for the most accurate estimated timescale. As a general guide, please allow 4–6 weeks.

During particularly busy periods, delivery times may be slightly longer.

International Orders

International postage will be calculated and quoted once your order has been placed.

Any applicable international delivery charges, local taxes, duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment Terms

First Orders

All first-time customers are required to pay at checkout. Your order is confirmed and processed once payment has been received.

Existing Customers

Approved existing trade customers may be offered 30-day payment terms.

For customers with approved credit terms, your order is confirmed once it has been placed and will be processed in accordance with our normal dispatch schedule.

We reserve the right to review or withdraw credit terms where appropriate.

Cancellations & Returns

All trade orders are firm sale and non-refundable once placed. We cannot accept returns for unwanted, incorrectly ordered or surplus stock.

If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items or there are any discrepancies, please contact us at wholesale@ankole.co.uk within 4 working days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photographs where appropriate so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Resale

If Ankole products are sold online, credit must be given to Ankole in the product description.

Retailers must not resell Ankole products on third-party online marketplaces or platforms, including Amazon, eBay, Etsy or Not On The High Street, without prior written permission.

Prices

All list prices are excluding VAT and are subject to change.

Any applicable local taxes, duties, customs charges or other import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Ankole, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Trade Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
